Some folk traditions talk about cleansing or demagnetizing crystals. This has no scientific basis. Your crystal is a natural stone — simply enjoy it. If it gets dusty, wipe it with a soft cloth. That is all the care it needs.

Most bracelets are strung on durable elastic and fit wrist sizes 15–19cm. If you are unsure, message us your wrist size on WhatsApp and we will check for you. Wooden malas and 108-bead malas are one-size and can be wrapped or held.

Yes. Every piece comes in a cotton pouch with a product card. For gifting, we can include a handwritten note — just mention it when you message us on WhatsApp.

We do not have an online checkout. Message us on WhatsApp with the product name or screenshot. We will confirm availability, shipping cost, and payment method. We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and Alipay.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Because each piece is one of a kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind — but please reach out if you have any concerns.
